The Foundation offers professional development opportunities and education reimbursement benefits to meet our employees’ short and long-term learning goals.
Trellis Foundation will match contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 6% of gross pay. Employee contributions are immediately 100% vested, and Trellis Foundation’s contributions vest 100% after two years of employment.
Trellis Foundation observes 10 paid holidays per year, plus Winter Break between December 24–31.
Foundation staff can recommend discretionary grant awards totaling $1,000 each year to eligible tax-exempt charitable organizations of their choice.
