Trellis Foundation has openings for two key positions at its Round Rock-based headquarters.
Grants Administrator and Operations Assistant
The Grants Administrator and Operations Assistant is the backbone of the operational support for the team. This role is responsible for various aspects of grant compliance and administrative/operational support for the Trellis Foundation. This will include performing due diligence for all applicants and grantees to ensure all application and reporting requirements are met. Additionally, the Grants Administrator and Operations Assistant will play a key role in the maintenance of the grants process and program operations including, but not limited to, managing workflows, creating forms, compiling reports, reconciling financials, and monitoring grants.
The Graduate Fellow will support the projects, grant review and thought leadership of the Foundation. The Graduate Fellow will be exposed to all areas of the grantmaking program, including proposal reviews, site visits, analysis of critical issues, writing case studies, and reports on grant implementation. A major responsibility will be assisting in the monitoring of grantee projects and writing progress reports.
The position is part-time, approximately 15 to 20 hours weekly. The position start date and term length are flexible but are expected to include the fall 2019 and spring 2020 semesters.
