Self-Care Webinar Series – It’s Okay to Not Be Okay
Trellis Foundation cosponsored a recent webinar series, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, which addressed the unique and urgent need for self-care, wellness, and collective healing among professionals of color at higher education institutions and community-based organizations. This series provides tools and best practices for fostering mental and emotional stability, work-life balance, and allyship in the workplace.
Although this series focuses primarily on supporting professionals of color who work at institutions of higher education and in community-based organizations, all those who support students through the college journey are encouraged to view the on-demand webinars.
This webinar is accompanied by a guide, which provides quick links to the tools and resources referenced in each presentation.
